RONA PUNTAWE

Rona Puntawe is an Organisational Change Expert, a Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapist, and Social Change Educator. She is the founder and owner of FuturePACE Global LLC. Over the last 15 years, Rona worked with dozens of corporates, non-profits, and government agencies delivering enhanced innovation, productivity, and performance. She previously worked with Ernst & Young and KPMG.

Rona is a consistent scholar. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Psychology with the University of the Philippines, as a Presidential Scholar; Master of Commerce as AusAid Scholar with the University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Diploma in Intercultural Management Studies as a Fujitsu Asia-Pacific Scholar. Her professional qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Advanced Coach by Dr. John Grinder (co-creator of NLP),  PROSCI Change Management, PMP (Project Management Professional), QMS ISO 9000, Train the Trainer in Clean Language, Integrative Learning Facilitator and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She’s also an Agile and Design Thinking practitioner.

Originally from the Philippines, Rona lived in Singapore, Melbourne, Hawaii, Ohio, and is now based in Sydney. Rona loves cross-cultural immersion and has traveled to more than fifty (50) countries. Outside work, she's a NIA Brown Belt dance wellness coach, and facilitates Creative Cluster groups for recovering creatives, Prosperity Circles, and Mighty ChangeMakers communities.
