Organisational Innovation and Change

This paper focuses on an inquiry into Organisational Learning. “Organizational learning plays a key role in helping organizations respond to the environment by shaping the organisational architecture through a process of integration, reframing and reconstructing organizational realities.”

In this paper, I concluded that ”Organizational learning has become an important aspect of organizational innovation and change. The changes in the environment, from the social realities to the business climate and the advancements in technology have made learning an imperative for survival. Beyond merely adapting and surviving, learning also promotes change and innovation. Large group interventions such as the search conference are manifestations of, and at the same time, venues for organizational learning. Through a productive learning process, organizations are enabled to effectively create their future with aligned systems integrated with the environment. Most importantly, deeper organizational learning would promote responsible individual development and creation of the environment through innovation.”
