There are many programs out there that teach what creating change entails. However, there's not many programs out there that will give you the right combination of thought leadership and practice, designed to help you deliver measurable impact with the kind support, collaboration and adoption you need.
In this program you will get personal high quality attention to ensure you have the kind of roadmap you need, with the right kind of mindset, strategies and tools.
Creating change can be tough. You will have someone who will coach you and guide you every step of the way, until you start embodying the confidence, calm and clarity and be able to facilitate change with ease, effectiveness and efficiency.
Q: when will the program start? How long does it run +
We will commence when we have a minimum enrollment of 6 participants with a kick-off 1:1 strategy call. You will be participating for 8-weeks of 2 hour sessions (some may extend to 4 hours) every Saturday, 10AM-12PM/2PM.
PLUS you receive THREE solid months group coaching in our private Mighty ChangeMakers Mastermind group, where we’ll be answering questions and helping you implement the teachings. We give you a few extra weeks after the modules are over so you can have plenty of time to turn in your assignments and receive personalized feedback. Makes all the difference in the world!
Q: Rona, what if I miss a session or I fall behind? +
No worries! The sessions will be recorded for your ongoing access. So once you join you can always go back into the course and watch the replays and use all the worksheets at any time. Plus you’ll have a few extra weeks in the Mighty ChangeMakers community after the modules are released to have all your questions answered and homework reviewed!

We ask people to apply for this program, and we may not accept everyone. We have a limited space to create an intimate learning atmosphere, for personalised attention. Therefore, there is no money-back guarantee. We would be able to mutually assess if this program is for you. The initial 30 minute call helps us determine that fit. We enroll those who we think would truly benefit from this program, would fit the dynamics of the small group and right through to completion.
During my life, I’ve travelled to more than fifty countries, fascinated by what is different. While I’ve often been told that I’m a courageous risk-taker, I’m simply curious — driven to explore — especially about the unknown and what new possibilities we can bring to life. In fact, curiosity is my antidote to fear, especially in this world of unprecedented complexity and uncertainty.
For most of my adult life, I’ve explored different ways of creating positive change — you might even say transformation. An educated scholar — a Presidential Scholar and Magna Cum Laude in Psychology, an AusAid Scholar in Master of Commerce, and as Fujitsu Asia-Pacific Scholar in Intercultural Management — I continued training from thought leaders globally. I spent more than 15 years as a consultant, trainer and coach across dozens of organizations and with international firms such as KPMG and Ernst & Young, helping to bring new work strategies to life.
Over the past two decades, my curiosity has led me to working in diverse industries with more than a score of organizations in Southeast Asia, the United States and Australia, facilitating change with unique challenges. My projects have ranged from creating cultures of innovation and excellence in business to helping communities adopt new technologies to assisting migrants with sustainable development programs.
In the midst of all this — and after working with thousands of senior executives, managers and thought leaders — recently, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was inspired to create “The ChangeMakers’ Way,” a set of ten guiding principles that help change-makers create a positive difference with unusual ease, efficiency and effectiveness so they can live rich, rewarding and meaningful lives.
Today I’m still curious, still traveling and still passionate about bringing out the best in people.
